I have been trying to reset statistic data on my cloud save, but can no longer use the old method that forced local data to be used rather than cloud data to download. The biggest change was that statistics no longer seem to be saved in "%localappdata%\packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_etc". Very recently, the Microsoft Solitaire collection app on Windows 10 has changed some of the internal file structure used to store user settings and statistics.
